We are looking for a Key Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our merchants. The Key Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned merchants, develop new business from existing merchants and actively seek new sales opportunities. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Your day-to-day would include: • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned merchants. • Set up and product training for AVANA Platform. • Conduct merchant workshops for potential leads and existing merchants. •Develop online shopper insights and support strategies and plans that deliver category growth based on online consumer, shopper and online customer requirements. • Develop and propose the online picture of success for the category.
